Processing Time

All orders are processed within [2–5 business days] unless otherwise stated. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Delays caused by the carrier

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

We will assist where possible but do not guarantee replacements or refunds for carrier-related issues.

Damaged Items
